Initial Consultation

This is where we get to know each other.  I will complete a nutrition assessment, review your nutrition history and uncover your relationship with food/body.  Taking into account your personal needs and preferences, I will help you develop a plan to meet your goals.

Follow Up Visit

$85

45 minutes 

​

During follow up visits I will assess progress, provide guidance to help overcome barriers and identify strategies to continue to move towards meeting your health and nutrition goals. 

Check with your insurance provider about coverage for Registered Dietitian or Allied Health Professional Services.  I do not provide direct billing, however I can provide you with a receipt to submit for reimbursement.
