Intuitive eating is an evidenced-based model that influences positive psychological and physical well-being. Through a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach intuitive eating can heal your relationship with food and body. During our sessions you will learn how to let go of diet culture's influences (think restrictive diets, calorie/macro counting or food rules) and re-discover how to connect with your inner cues to eat in a way that is right for you. I am committed to helping you transform your relationship with food and body, make peace with food and nourish your inner and outer Self.
Medical Nutrition Therapy
Medical Nutrition Therapy provides nutrition information or advice with the goal of preventing, treating or managing health conditions. I provide evidence-based nutrition counselling on a variety of conditions including, but not limited to:
